SolusiBooking offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days for a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days, all sales are final.

1. Lifetime Deal — One-Time Payment

SolusiBooking is sold as a lifetime license with a one-time payment. Unlike subscription-based software, there are no recurring charges. You pay once and retain access indefinitely, including all future feature updates.

2. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our product. If you purchase SolusiBooking and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date.

Eligible for Refund

Refund request made within 7 days of purchase.
Account has not been used to manage more than 10 active orders.
Request submitted via WhatsApp with your registered email.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Not Eligible for Refund

Refund request made after 7 days from the purchase date.
Account has been extensively used (more than 10 orders processed).
Account was suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service.
Dissatisfaction due to not reading the product description before purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. We will notify you via WhatsApp once the refund has been initiated.

6. After a Refund

Upon completion of a refund, your account access will be revoked and all data associated with your account may be deleted within 14 days. If you wish to use SolusiBooking again in the future, you will need to purchase a new license.
